Martinique House is an old military house originally built for the Commanding Officer of the Martinique Barracks. In 1972 it was converted into a community centre with the addition of a large community hall to the side.
Two single-story buildings known as The Bungalows complete the accommodation, which SiGNAL has now fully converted into modern workspaces for local enterprises
In total there are 9 offices, a large workshop and a small workshop in the big house, 3 offices and a workshop in the Upper Bungalow, and 6 offices in the Lower Bungalow.
SiGNAL’s famed co-working community is now located here with permanent desks available from £160.00 + VAT a month. Every tenant and co-worker has access to self-catering kitchens.
All the buildings have their own kitchen and bathrooms and all residents are looked after by the amazing SiGNAL Team. At SiGNAL we strongly encourage a sense of community with an inspiring programme of local events and social occasions.
