Friday's event was a huge success attracting 35 local businesses to the luxurious and scenic setting of the Blackmoor Golf Club.

The format at the BiZHUB is plenty of networking with two short keynotes and with time for questions and engagement.

We welcomed ten first time visitors to the group as well as 25 regular businesses.

Our first speaker was ultra athlete, author and speaker Steve Till who gave a hugely entertaining talk about his running career, how to set a meaningful goal and what it felt like to finally represent his country. Steve's book 'The Run of Life' is available on Amazon now.

Our second speaker Ash Brice gave a nail biting account of his life and experiences as a police hostage negotiator, translating some of his extraordinary skills into useful takeaways for business (and parenting)! Ash's new company Brice Brookes Resolutions offers negotiation skills training for business.
